Detailed instructions for working a group puzzle of type 'Nonlatin-6up-UR-D'

NOTE: ROWS are NOT groups in this puzzle!! Duplicates values in rows are allowed. This puzzle is an example of a group puzzle that is not a Latin Square because the rows are not constrained to be groups.
